Cascina Val Del Prete 'Burbero' Rosé 2018

Cascina Val Del Prete believe that great wine comes from the vineyard, not the cellar. Hence their vineyards are farmed under strict biodynamic standards with no intervention in the winery, amplifying their theory. With a great care for detail the resulting wines are clean, complex and alive.

This Rosé sits a darker shade than it's Provençal cousins, but this is not made for sunshine. A gastronomic wine through and through, with a firm bite of acid and nibble of tannin, this sits on the dinner table with ease.
