Francois Chidaine is a rockstar Loire producer specializing in Chenin Blanc, for this wine he sources some excellent Sauvignon Blanc fruit from a neighbouring village. Farmed to the same standards and produced in a similar fashion. Crisp, cool fruit with white grapefruit with sage and musk hints.
