
Robert Wilson is a well known entity in the Sydney dining scene. Working his way from the hustle and bustle of the Hard Rock Cafe in the early 90s to more recently working as a sommelier at Sydney's Restaurant Hubert. This wine displays less ripeness than it's Barossa cousins, showing black olive, pepper and red plum characters reminiscent of a fine Crozes-Hermitage. Savoury and seductive.
